Mission Statement: 

To promote the value and support the efforts of nurse practitioners and physician assistants on the central coast of California in providing accessible, high quality health care and to engage nurse practitioners and physician assistants to actively participate in health policy and policy making.

Goals:

• Provide leadership at the local level, promote professional development and respond to the needs of our members.
• Provide a forum for clinically relevant continuing education programs.
• Facilitate a proactive voice and representation in legislative and health policy issues affecting both NP's and PA's. 
  
• Encourage and support Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant students through scholarships and mentorship.

Vision: 

CCNPPA provides opportunities for education, professional growth, development and networking.  The organization will focus on expanded membership, increased visibility and enhanced opportunities for practice.
